first_imgThe Prime Minister Joseph Muscat has said that certain measures will be taken before the investigation into the collapsed building in Mellieha is concluded.While being interviewed on Labour Party affiiliated ONE radio this afternoon, Muscat said that the incident this morning should be taken in the context of a similar incident a few months ago before. Saying that it must also be taken into the context of the “boom” in the construction industry.Muscat said that until the investigations are carried out, there are other measures to be taken.He added that it is not acceptable to wait for long inquiries to take place. On enforcement, Muscat said that there is still much to be done.The Prime Minister said that next week will convene a series of meetings with people and organizations in this field.
